Argyreia nervosa or Elephant creeper, is an excellent tropical climbing vine. With thick flat leaves, and colourful purple and white flowers, it can be seen growing across rooftops, trellis and walls across all regions of Thailand.
Also known as Silver morning glory, Wooly morning glory, it will thrive outdoors in most soil types. It has been used in traditional medicine as well as popular use as an ornamental plant.
