Pornchai Garden recently designed a new indoor planting scheme for a pool garden area in Bangkok. The pool and surrounding area were situated on an upper floor, with great views of Bangkok, but the residents wanted a tropical feel around the poolside. Previous plants had failed to thrive and looked tired.
New tropical plants were chosen for their robustness, ability to survive wind and filtered light, and lack of leaf litter. Some of the existing plants were also employed in the final design.
As evident in the picture above, the new plants create a great atmosphere for around the pool, and make the area a more pleasant one to spend time in. They also make the building look good from the other surrounding buildings.
