Thai Garden Design recently visited a customer in Bangkok to discuss their garden. The homeowner was making some renovations to the house and thought it was time to improve their garden.
The garden consisted of a 3×3 metre raised bed, running alongside the entrance to the house. The garden had been left and so was bare, with only a few old paving stones and rocks. The team got to work.
The new garden design created by Pornchai Garden included a small water feature at the centre of the garden, which was to run for 24 hours a day (a good luck gesture for some in Thailand). Therefore the team needed to configure the electrics and install a small pump that would be reliable and wouldn't run up large electricity bills.
Within a few hours the garden had begun to take shape, mainly due to the plant & tree list as recommended by the Pornchai Garden team.
The garden was finished on the second day, with a new vibrant planting scheme and decorative waterfall feature. The garden was finished with some simple pavers and grass.
