The Thai Garden Design team just partnered with ‘Woodlands’, a successful and proven quality housing developer in Hua Hin, to transform their newly constructed sales office landscape into an attractive tropical garden, complete with compacted gravel car park, modern walkways, complete grassing and planting. Once completed, this garden would make sales of the houses and villa’s within the estate much easier.
Initially due to large construction works on the compound, builders rubble, bricks, stone, concrete pillars and wood littered the landscape. The Thai Garden team removed all, organized the machinery to smooth over the surrounding land, added new good quality top soil and kept the land nice and wet, in preparation for the grass, over 1200 SQM.
The car park area was excavated, a compacted gravel base installed, and planting around the perimeter to screen it from the main housing area.
A linking pathway from the car park was installed, with modern pavers, and dark pebble stones making it attractive, modern, and matching with the contemporary style of the building.
All of this was planned to the maximum by the Thai Garden Design team, who visited the site two weeks before the installation and produced a full landscape design and specification list, ensuring the the installation was smooth and without problems. In total, the job took just one week due to this planning process.
