The Thai Garden Design team are a turnkey landscaping company in Thailand. In this latest project, we helped plan, develop and execute a complete landscaping makeover for a large home developed in the Hua Hin countryside, close to the Monsoon Valley Vineyards.
The project consisted of many different elements. A large concreted turf block driveway, fully automated sprinkler system, pool and rock waterfall and pond, a number of access pathways (for elderly), lighting, full tropical planting and grassing.
To begin the home had been constructed in a Northern Thai (think Chaing Mai) style, with wooden clad frontage and a large two storey house. The team had to install a complete sub drain network and build up the landscape with enough soil to raise the land levels significantly.
A natural pond, with filter system included was first constructed (more on this in another post).
A network of pathways was planned and approved via design, which was updated and resubmitted throughout the project. Pipework for drainage, lighting and the sprinkler system were installed around and under these pathways.
The project was started in the third quarter of 2019 and was recently completed in full, with the owner being very happy with the final outcome of the landscaping, both design and execution..
