The Thai Garden Design team recently completed the build of the lovely natural rock waterfall pond, at a residence in East Pattaya.
The owner had an empty space in his garden, viewable from his pool terrace, that he wanted to transform into a spectacular view.
The sizes and options were discussed and the pond location was agreed and excavated. The pond itself is reinforced and piled, so built to last for many years.
The pond itself measures around 4m in length x 2m width. The waterfall wraps around the far end of the pond, easily viewable from the terrace.
Natural rocks are sourced and hand picked by the team, in order to construct the cascades that make up the height and width of the fall. Rocks are also located around the outside edges.
A filter system is located next to the pond, with a hardwood housing offering easy access.
