This plot is a typical size, around 60x60ft. Normally reserved for a complete house with small enclosing garden space, if you can afford the purchase, this extra space can be used to greatly expand your current house and garden area. One of the great advantages is that, the area will most likely be flat and slightly overgrown, so the sky is the limit in terms of landscape and garden design.
In this example, the owners can walk from their house plot into this newly landscaped tropical zone.
