Amazing Thailand Tropical Waterfall Garden has just been completed (February 2022) at a small house garden in central Hua Hin.
The owners were intending to welcome their parents to the area, and so wanted to make the garden extra special, so they contacted Thai Garden Design, for ideas and inspiration.
The plans were discussed and drawn up. A landscape plan was agreed.
This included a long stream like pond (concrete lined) and cascading waterfall. Surrounding the pond would be a colorful mix of tropical plants, shrubs and ground covers.
At the house end, a 3x3m sala with deck, fitted with electrical facilities, lights and fans.
The final garden is an amazing transformation from a plain dull garden, into a wonderful Thailand Tropical Waterfall Garden. The cascading waterfall is a constant entertainment – attracting birds who bath in the pools.
Amazing Design – Amazing Results
The planting plan was designed by the team to create a tropical jungle garden effect, yet be low in maintenance. A sprinkler and timer were also installed as part of the job.
The home owners and their parents were thrilled with the results, and can now spend many quiet evenings under the protection of the sala, enjoying the pond, rather than being stuck indoors.
