Thai Garden Design recently transformed this Bangkok roof garden. The old garden was overgrown, with lumpy, uneven grass, broken wall planters, and with an array of pots and clutter strewn all over.
The team began by removing all the old lawn, and installing a new membrane to ensure there is no leakage into the building below. All the broken planter boxes that run parallel with the outer walls were removed and rebuilt.
Once properly constructed, these planters were repainted a nice modern light grey colour, to brighten up the space. Also, a sprinkler system was installed across all the planters, easily turned on from the garden tap.
The garden was 'de-cluttered' of all unwanted items and plants, new soil and grass installed, plus a new lighting system which really makes a different during the evening.
