The wood team at Thai Garden Design just finished this perfect pool decking for a customer in South Bangkok. The previous decking was a composite wood that had chipped and become an eyesore. The owner discussed options with the team and decided to have a real wood decking, so his kids could enjoy playtime around the pool.
Team got to work by first removing the composite deck and installing new support runners, to ensure the final level of the deck is matched with the pool tiles and doorways of the home. Once this level was set, the wood was acquired and prepared for installation.

In total the decking took just 7 days for full removal and installation. The owners were very happy with the final look and feel of the new pool deck. With good maintenance, there is no reason why the wood cannot last for many years.
The team also improved the customers stamped concrete driveway, as well as installing a rock garden around the back of the home.
