Thai Garden Design were called to a customers house in Hua Hin town centre to take a look at building a water feature at one end of their swimming pool. The customer had a picture of a similar water feature at his friends house, and wanted to recreate something similar for his own pool.
The team got to work and constructed the walls of the feature, which stand just over 1.50m tall. River pebbles were cemented across the feature to give a unique and attractive look. The feature has three troughs, with recirculating water coming from the swimming pool via a free standing pump located some meters away in the customers pump house. The water flow can also be regulated via a valve located within the pipework.
The customer now has a nice unique water feature at one end of his swimming pool that can be turned on day or night to create a lovely waterfall sound and relaxing atmosphere. To view a video of the water feature in action, please access the youtube video below.
