A Bangkok client had a problem with their walkways running alongside their house. The previous pathway consisted of basic blocks of concrete, set into dirt. There was no design or planting around the borders of the house, and this left the garden space needlessly looking tired and old.
The first thing the Pornchai team did was to remove the old pathway, and level the ground so that it remained totally flat. After this, the team installed a new Thai red brick and white stone pathway, set into concrete. At intervals, the pathway pattern was broken up with wooden sleepers which add interest and a natural effect to the design. Around the outskirts of the house the team suggested and installed a new, simple planting scheme to accompany the new pathway.
The garden looks brand new, and attractive once again.
