Thai Garden Design recently completed the installation of a new garden design which included lots of new features, from a new garden sala, pond, and pergola, to a concrete stair-way leading from the main house terrace to the garden below. Previously the owner had some large rocks, sunk into the earth, which acted as steps; albeit slippery ones during wet periods.
The team proposed a new concrete, crazy paved design, wide and long enough to be easy to navigate, even in the harshest weather conditions.
The steps were built in a modern style, gradually cascading down the slope, and leading to a newly built sala (more posts on the other elements of this Bangkok garden later).
Finished in a nice blue slate stone pattern, the steps are now an important and attractive part of the overall garden design.
